Board of Supervisors Monthly Meeting JULY 3RD @ Craig County Courthouse

Board Meetings are held in the Courthouse Court Room

All citizens are welcome to attend.

You must call or schedule 10 days prior to the meeting date if you are interested in presenting a Briefing to the Board of Supervisors.

Citizens are always welcome to comment at the meeting during our Hear the Public section, no prior notice need be given to speak during this portion of the meeting.

The Craig County Board of Supervisors will meet each month on the first Thursday of the month.

Meeting Time:  6:00 pm

Location:  Craig County Courthouse, enter at the Court Street Entrance, the meeting is in the Court Room on the second floor.

Congressman Morgan Griffith citizen comment period @ County Administrator’s Office 2nd Floor Conference room

Ninth District Congressman Morgan Griffith will have a representative to hear citizen comments every month, 10 am to 12 noon every First Tuesday of the Month in the County Administrator’s Office 2nd Floor Conference room at 108 Court Street in New Castle. The public is encouraged to come by. No appointment is necessary.

Downtown New Castle will be packed with vendors — crafts, businesses, food, raffles, information and more.  Antique cars on Middle Street, petting zoo and face-painting behind the Hotel. Holstein cabin won’t be open, but others will. Everyone welcome!

Drivers can pre-register at the Craig County Treasurers Office starting Monday, Oct 1st ending Friday, Oct 5th. Entry fee $25 and option to purchase ONE ringside parking pass for $30 (applies to first 15 drivers registered)!
Ringside Parking Passes will be on sale to the Public on Saturday, Oct 6th from Noon to 1pm at the Fairgrounds. Limit ONE pass per licensed driver and they will be $20 each.
